Sony will fix the display problems of some Z5 Sony Xperia White Compact

Sony has issued a statement to announce that soon launch an update that will fix the problem screen presenting some Sony Xperia Z5 Compact targets. When the problems started to occur was thought to be a thing of the hardware. Apparently it is a software bug, which will be fixed soon with an update that will begin to be distributed in the 44th week of the year, which is starting on October 26.

The only version that has the problem is what has been marketed in white, other colors have not submitted this ruling. All concerned agree that the touch screen stops responding shortly after use, having to restart the phone to react again. As has happened before, the company reported that the update will start shipping so staggered (by region and operator). The truth is that sooner or later, if you own one of these devices, you will have noticed this flaw, it really is quite uncomfortable.

It will be starting next Monday, October 26, as we say, when this software update starts to reach the Xperia Z5 white Compact. The update, as usual, will have to be done through the PC Companion and Mac Bridge. Before upgrading we recommend that you back up all files and data you have stored on your phone. In this way, you will ensure that in case something happens during the process do not miss anything of what you have saved.

Although this is a very important decision, Sony has been able to react in time and found the problem very quickly. The Sony Xperia Z5 Compact was announced relatively recently (early September at the IFA in Berlin ). This is a very interesting device, which has nothing to envy of other rival phones. Among its features we can mention a screen of 4.6 inches with a resolution HD (1,280 x 720 pixels). Processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, which is accompanied by 2GB of RAM and an amazing camera sensor Exmor RS of 23 megapixels (and LED Flash). As for internal storage, the Xperia Z5 Compact has an internal memory of 32GB which can be expanded through the use of such cards MicroSD.

The device also equipped with a battery of 2700 mAh and is governed by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, although it seems to be one of the candidates to update soon to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the latest version of the mobile platform from Google . Because the phone equips the controversial processor Snapdragon 810, at first it was thought that this bug would be a thing of the chip, but eventually the hardware had nothing to do, the problem lies in the software.
